What JUSTICE????!!!!!
This killer was sentenced to ONLY 2 years for causing the death of an innocent and 3 years for snatch theft and his jail term is to run consecutively from the date of his arrest! And that's mean he will be out in a good 3 years time!
The family of that poor woman spent 23 years feeding and educating her and this bastard spent few minutes to take her life away and got himself only 2 years for doing it!
What JUSTICE is this!!!!

What a Good spin!!
Another amazing piece of hilarious Malaysian news appeared in thestar online today. The Pahang *taiko think that the Bahasa Malaysia abbreviation for the-much-hype-yet-another-newly-launched-corridor is un-appropriate and even summarize a short sentence to proof his point!
Luciky, our beloved Bodowi saved the day with a pronounciation of the English abbreviation which gave a good meaning in the local Pahang malay dialect.... and finally, our beloved Bodowi's newly wed wife disfuse the confusion be giving a simple English lesson on past tense....
What a good spin!! Three cheers for these clowns!!

Sure or not!
A very hilarious statement was reported on www.thestar.com.my that our beloved PM said that he would not hesitate to take action against those who cause "trouble". I'm sure that the PPP meeting was taped and there will be no problem getting any proof against those who belittle him and those who had asked PPP to withdraw from BN.
Sure or not.... bodowi! I'm waiting to see your action!

Happr Days!.... ?
Yesterday, oil price had reached a record high of USD 90 per barrel after topping USD 60 per barrel for more than 2 years. As an oil producing country, Malaysia had been greatly benefited from the increase of oil revenue.
The other piece of good news is that our Malaysian Ringgit had appreciated more than 12% against USD since the release of Ringgit from pegging. It is going strongly against USD and currently stand at RM 3.36 per 1 USD and this is definitely a great improvement from our RM 3.80 for 1 USD days.
Furthermore, our beloved PM had annouced in early months of this year that that our trade had passed Trillion.
All these should spelled Happy Days for the Rakyat or for the VVVIP????

Fine for killing......
This man was fine only RM 2,000 or 6 months jail sentence for killing an African who had cheated him and his friend. The prosecution had amended his charge from manslaughter to causing grevious hurt! The African fell and died from his wound... Was that grevious hurt???
Malaysia never fail to marvel me!

Ah Long menace!! (2)
Yet another report of ah long menace in our daily news and yet another MCA's guy doing a good deed and appealing to the those illegal money lender to be fair to the lender's family.
Yes, many of us do think that those who borrowed from ah long doesn't deserve any sympathy from the public and neither do I but... if these money lending activities are illegal, why should MCA even bother to plead or appealed to these ah long!? These MCA's representative should report these money lending activites to the police and should even encourage those who had borrowed and not to repay to deter these money lending kings from continuing their illegal business!
I wonder why, the authorities are not doing anything to stop these ah long?

VMY '07 a overwhelming success!
According to this report here that
And he sarcasticly said
but he added that
Can anyone confirm this newfound richness?
and can anyone please inform the minister that illegal immigrant from Indonesia, Myammar or Phillipine from the Asean countries shouldn't be counted as tourist!
the influx of tourist arrivals for Visit Malaysia Year (VMY) 2007 is more than what the Government bargained for and is resulting in a shortage of hotel roomsand the Tourism Minister is worried that there aren't not enough rooms for the still incoming tourist!!
And he sarcasticly said
“I am worried that tourist arrivals may reach 24 million!”
but he added that
Their expenditure is not as good compared to the same period last year, because of the visitors from Asean countries whose average expenditure is lower than tourists from the Middle East and other countries!

Ah Long menace!!
We heard so very often about ah long and their Modus operandi where's they will always seek some innocent party which are connected or briefly connected to pay up the debt that were owed by the main debtors if the debtors are run away.
Today, there was this piece of news in NST that an introducer was threatened to pay or else, prostitute herself. It is the usual routine that these people will ask for help from MCA's Justice Bao (he got a large self portrait of himself as justice bao in his office) and as usual, a settlement will be work out. In today's report that the introducer was make to cough up RM 500 per month and bear the full sum of RM 300,000 till the debtor appear and own up the sum!
My question ...
Are all these ah long legal?
Are there allowed to charge interest without banking license?
What about the talk the police are clamming down on these blood sucking pigs?
Why is it that hard to catch ah long if they are illegal as their cell phone numbers are all over the place?
Why MCA's representative are helping ah long to squeeze some innocent bystander to pay up?
Why MCA not helping the community to get rid of these blood sucking pigs?
Is there any hidden agenda?

Is this a case of inciting racial tension???
A human who recently called his fellow human, monkey (i'm not sure who is the better monkey) was reported here in The Star ...
“The (coming) general elections is not about politics but the future of the Malays.”
I'm baffled that coming Malaysia General Election is about the future of Malays! and not about Malaysian or even it is a democratic proses!! or is he inciting a racial tension among the malays??? will he take stern action against him?? or will the man who has 2 Muhamads in his name make a police report??
........ Malaysia!! Oh!! Malaysia!!........ how the hell that you had breed so many stupid monkeys??

Meanwhile..... sitting in a table not far from them are a bunch of politician wannabe and heard part of the discussion and lodge a police report and the police summon me for questioning....

Empire Strike Back!
It is all over the main stream media today that the government is going to crack down on bloggers! and a little while ago, Anak Raja Bugis was summoned to Dang Wangi police station for his statement...
Look like it's green light to zip the mind of bloggers(Malaysian)!
I do wonder why... if false statement were posted by bloggers, why don't they sue the blogger for libel instead of hiding behind ISA or OSA or whatever ACT that they can think of!
or... these people do afraid that their pile of shit will be pour in court
or... every other people is holding someone else's shit and it will cause a domino effect on the whole system?
Here's poem by Martin Niemöller
They came first for the Communists, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist.
Then they came for me, and by that time no one was left to speak up.
Please keep in mind that speaking up against wrong-doing in our own country is not un-patriotic and we are not against the country but the people who are mis-handling it and bloggers had crossed the barrier of race!

It seem this warning issue will die a slow death as in this issue.

Price increase???
My family back in Malaysia told me that price of goods had increase in price... whether edible or non-edible... locally made or imported. Is that true?
I wasn't quite sure as I checked the exchange rate, our Malaysian Ringgit have gain more than 30 cents against USD and Malaysian should be more value for their money as most import items are trade in USD.
Can anyone brighten me on this???
Cheers!

What is wrong with Malaysia??
For the past few days, I was pondering... what is wrong with Malaysia??? It seem that my beloved country had turned into wild west era.... where's the sheriff rules and the rich are keeping the sheriff in place so that they too, rules!
The recent arrest of blogger, Nat Tan is another episode of abuse of power by our sheriff. It amaze me that I had read more disturbing facts in this blog than Nat Tan's blog which is more bent toward his boss, PKR and yet we were told that he was arrested for some OSA shit! and I do really wonder, why politician or law-makers need to hide behind the curtain of OSA if they had done nothing wrong in the name of the law!
I had lived most part of my life through Mahathir-era and I do adore the man as he had made us proud to be called Malaysian even though there are hiccups such as NEP, the Anwar Ibrahim trial (I'm not a fan of the ex-DPM but i do not agree, the way he was deposed) and comparing chinese educationist with communist.... to name a few... but we did enjoyed many good and proud years under his leadership. Those years were not as chaotic...... now, corrupt politicians are so visible and yet, they treated the rakyat as fool with their speeches or statement. Maybe some will say that Mahathir got the benefit of no blogger or the world is not as small as it is now where's information travel with a click of a button. But still... Mahathir did managed to built the country with his mega dream project.... now, we heard many billions of ringgit worth of projects are being announced.....
Need not to say... crime rate have increase tremendously in recent years... is it due to hardship or the inavailability of jobs that turn Malaysian into crime or incompetent of our sheriff to guard?
Are there anything we can do?

Malaysian that I met......
After 2 short years in this foreign land, I had met numerous Malaysian from all walks of life and from all races....
I remembered that an Indian girl walked to my table while I was having my lunch with my family in a Chinese restaraunt and asked "Are you Malaysian?" and the moment I glanced to her table that she was with a Malay girl... I said "Yes, I am.. but this is not a halal restaraunt.." The Malaysian me is still very deep inside as I was thinking that ... OMG! a muslim is dining in a non-halal place.... but the Indian girl told me that they are having vegetarian dishes only.. and she came over to my table to say hello to a fellow Malaysian as she heard me speaking cantonese with malay words...
And a couple of weeks ago... I was buying drinks in Starbuck outlet in the city... suddenly the fair looking asian girl cashier speak Malay with me... I was so surprised and I was stunned! but we end up chatting for a while and exchanged phone numbers as I told her that I had long to eat food cook by Malay esp nasi lemak!! haha! She told me that I look very Malaysian and she knew from her 1st glance that I'm a Malaysian!
There are so many occasion that I had met my fellow Malaysian and we always end up chatting and almost everytime... we done it in malay...
The moral of it all ... is that Malaysian did not have any grudge against fellow Malaysian and it is the politicians and the policy that they are implementing that is dividing US!

And I do hope that the government will increase police strength in our states as the bad hats from Johor will flow out of Johor when the police force tighten their grip!

Malaysian Dream or Dreaming???
I had just returned from a well deserve holiday from The West and the in-famous Irish weather had came back once again! Rain... Sun... Wind all in a day! and I'm back once again to surf what's on our in-famous Malaysian politic arena!
oh! The Maybank racist-policy saga had ended and so is the Ambank's but in this article, where's the PM said that the bank should be fair to all(?what about the Never Ending Policy?) ... and there are some senators and some racist openly supporting the ruling.
What about this bugger who said stuff about sparking uneasiness among multiculture society???
And the leaking drama....
My God! Can you imagine these idiots representing the rakyat with their foolish acting and how they treat the parliament like a jester court! and those ladies MPs of the ruling party...
And I wonder why... the Sarawak CM is not suing Japan Times ?
so... is there a Malaysian Dream (2020) or Malaysian are dreaming?

why bother??
Last night, when I was just about to post a comment on this blog, my wife said "aiyahh! why bother? these people will never listen! and aren't you enjoying your life here?" Her words, somehow stuff my brain from thinking on my actual topic that I had wanted to write. As matter of fact, she is right in a way....
Most Malaysian never learn from mistake and they tend to keep repeating it over and over again... or maybe tidak-apa(care-less) attitude or maybe of short memory or the urge to change will never be there... it is clearly seen in both Machap and Ijok buy-election where's voters were wasting their rights by voting for the same party that didn't do much of a good job. (If BN had been doing fine, they don't have to pour millions to buy the heart of the voters! They would have win with the hands down!)
The method of divide and rule which was passed down by the Mat Salleh lord is still working fine in Malaysia. The Malays are make to believe that NEP is to safeguard their rights but it's actually safeguarding those people who are safeguarding this racist policy. The Chinese are make to believe that as long as there's NEP, the Malay will be happy and will not bother them from making a living.... and I'm sorry that I can't comment much about Indian as Indian that I knew are either die-hard BN supporters or Semi hater!
... why bother???....
though I'm living in a wonderful country now and with wonderful people that I meet everyday who see me as a human and not the colour of skin or my chinese looking feature or my Manglish.. the reason is that I still do care about Malaysia and I do love my country and that's the answer that I had answered my wife!

Will the Opposition Parties ever win Malaysia?
In year 1999 GE, I did asked myself, will BN lose it this time? That very year General Election was very crucial to the ruling party as it was the 1st G.E after sacking of the then DPM and at the time, the case was still being heard. And the Chinese community was a sort of "king-maker" at that time as the Malay bethren were on the wave of change and I was still very much a "Mahathir-man" and of course, I, too side with the ruling party.
Back to reality, the wave of change had changed and it's the Chinese who had wanted some changes to Malaysia and the trend had actually started in the 2004 G.E (though OKT had repeatly denied time and again) which few seats had benefitted DAP especially in Perak state.
But my question is.... will the opposition parties ever win Malaysia?
My opinion, it is rather difficult for that event to materialise as the opposition front consist of 3 major parties which of course, 3 different ideologies! but unless... unless.. they can form a bigger party that consist of all the members from 3 parties into a single opposition party and that will be the day that we will witness history!
What say you????!!!
