Just Great!

It's just great that in this news report that JPJ had bought 150 gadgets form this company to test tinted windscreens and window at RM 1 mil!! and yes! it cost 6 grand for that gadget!

Guess what!! they need to amend the law before they may use the gadgets!! Is that mean that these guys are above the law and they knew that they could amend the law without objection??
